so+ba corporate identity

so+ba was founded 2001 in tokyo. the ci was created as a first step to introduce ourselves. our name consists of our family names [so]nderegger and [ba]er, which would be so+ba. of course, we like the other meanings such as soba noodles, and soba meaning «beside,» «next to.» by coincidence our office is an old soba noodle shop on two floors. we renovated the building and have a gallery/meeting/dining space in the first floor.
